General Position Summary: 
The Director of Project Services is responsible for the management of a team of pooled resources on Web-related milestone-based projects. The Director of Project Services is responsible for all resource allocation and resource planning, and oversight of all project team work and deliverables.  The Director participates in project bidding, costing and proposal process, as well as for periodic financial review of project performance and profitability.

The Director  must have a thorough understanding of project management concepts and techniques, including project control, planning, estimating, resource management, change management, issue management, risk management, and quality assurance.
