Allyis is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.  The Business Development Manager – Key Accounts will execute on the business development strategy as set by the Director of Business Development and will ensure Allyis meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting and relationship development within an assigned account. There are two primary goals for this position: to collaborate on the development of the current client base and to expand the client base within the account. The Business Development Manager will serve the Account Management team (staffing) and the Project Management team (milestone-based project offerings) and will collaborate with Allyis Account Managers and Project Managers who oversee current client relationships. The Business Development Manager will also create and foster relationships with new clients to offer staffing and milestone-based project offerings. The Business Development Manager will manage the transition of new accounts to designated Allyis Account Managers and Project Managers at specified hand-off points in the sales process. The Business Development Manager will develop new business through in-person contact, phone follow up, and presentations, providing solutions and leadership through a deep understanding of the client&apos;s core business needs.&lt;P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt; Conducts daily inside and on-site sales with customers, following company’s sales process, including engaging new prospects, gathering information to qualify the business, assessing opportunities, and facilitating the proposal process and the process to close sales contracts with supporting teams/departments. &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Collaborates with Account Managers, Project Managers, and SMEs within the organization to create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses, estimates, and SOWs that identify prospects’ business problems, the effects of the problems, and the Allyis solutions that will solve their problems. &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Represents the company’s current and new services to current clients and new prospects within the account, providing necessary and appropriate technical information including performing demos.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Demonstrates complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.  &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Primary contact for client vendor procurement program. Meets regularly with procurement contacts to demonstrate Allyis’s core competencies, gain entry into new procurement categories, and create new business.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the account, as well as competitive posture of the company within the account.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt; Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned account, including the use of sales tools to maintain accurate records to maximize account potential.  &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Produces weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts. &lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt; Monitor participant status and progress via existing tools&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Be proactive, and reach out to participants that appear to be lagging as a course-correcting measure&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;B&gt;Required Skills:&lt;/B&gt;

&lt;LI&gt; Prior experience with one-to-many customer engagement models&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Must display technical aptitude, immersing oneself in the product to assist customers&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Understand of customer issues and how they correlate to business measures &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Able to effectively and quickly find solutions&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Windows Server 2003/2007 preferred&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Active Directory preferred&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; DNS, TCP/IP, SIP, VOIP preferred&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; Exchange Server 2003/2007 preferred&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt; SharePoint 2007, SQL Server 2003/2008, and Office Communicators Server 2007/R2 also preferred&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
