Microsoft Account Manager

We are seeking individuals with previous Microsoft experience (as a Vendor), who understand the environment and the importance of networking and developing relationships. As part of small account management team, this individual will oversee current business projects while also targeting prospective new business. Oracle Database Administrator

As an Oracle Database Administrator, you’ll keep the connections of our client’s 50 million uses alive by maintaining and administering the large, complex databases that support the primary public website. Specifically, you’ll monitor databases and respond immediately to critical conditions. You’ll wear a pager during the week of on-call rotation when you’ll be responsible for 24-hour coverage. You’ll defuse possible problems before they become critical; ensure database reliability, availability, and performance; and institute and maintain backup and recovery procedures. You’ll also update and upgrade the site and fine-tune production resources to achieve optimal performance. You will not only manage databases, you will help develop and maintain tools that make managing them easier. You will assist in the migration towards simplified and more efficient deploy mechanisms. You’ll work collaboratively along with Dev, QA, Systems and the business division to design and implement database solutions, clone databases to create multiple environments, tune the DB layer, and troubleshoot any database issues. You’ll respond to existing issues and have the opportunity to contribute new ideas.

Project Manager

Program Manager

A new program manager is needed to support a client’s team. This work includes managing internal customers, with deep adoption work with 10-20 customers. A new learning center has been created and integrated within the client’s onboarding portal, containing videos, article, best practices and whitepapers, as well as session schedules and information for joining the program. The adoption program includes presenting sessions and creating content for onboarding gaps and to provide feature/functionality previews as well as regular customer surveys collecting program and feature feedback.
