Role at Allyis

I have one of the best jobs in the whole company! I recruit on all different types of roles, seeking out candidates whose attitudes and values align with our own, and who are a good fit for our clients. From SharePoint developers to content managers, I get to help find the best of the best. I also manage the recruiting piece of Allyis' referral program, which is a great pipeline for talent. My day-to-day consists of talking about a company I love.

Experience & Approach

I managed coffee shops for Starbucks, Tully’s, and other local roasters for many years before coming to Allyis. My interaction with the public, and my experience hiring and managing teams, led me to a career in recruiting. As a recruiter, I interact with the world’s greatest variable: people. I get to hire some of the best and brightest folks around.
