A Favorite Project

My job is an ongoing project. My favorite part of this project is that it’s always different, yet in some ways, very much the same. It’s the same in that to find a successful hire, you have to find out what motivates people to come to work. It’s different because everyone’s situation and needs are different. For some people, it’s about the work, for some benefits are the most important factor, for others it’s the money, location, culture, flexibility, etc. This keeps the job fresh and always interesting.
