At the turn of the century, I made a leap from years at an African American marketing firm into what was then called “interactive marketing.” That move gave birth to a core value in my
business analytics approach to date, which is to never exclude valuable metrics, whether from online or offline channels. Now, as we again redefine the digital experience, my foundational experience still holds true: measurable outcomes are defined by your uses and how they interact with the exchange you offer.
