Role at Allyis

I’m a senior project manager and work on both external (client-facing) and internal projects. My primary role is to manage projects from beginning to end while serving as the liaison between the client and Allyis team. I wear many hats in my role and am involved in everything from technical Web design to client communications.

Experience & Approach

Before coming to Allyis, I spent many years as a technology risk consultant where I had the opportunity to travel and learn about businesses in different industries, large and small. I have been able to heavily leverage this experience in my role at Allyis, primarily in being able to assess and understand the challenges our clients come to us with for resolution. My passion lies in project management which is now my primary focus.

A Favorite Project

I enjoy a good challenge. One of my most rewarding projects was one where I had the opportunity to work against a clearly defined success metric. This particular client came to us with a simple problem: excessive amounts of email. We worked with them to define business requirements and designed a system & process that resulted in an 8,000 email per week decrease. Knowing that we made a clear difference for the client was very fulfilling.

Fun Fact About Me

I’ve been to six different countries in the last three years and don’t plan to stop travelling any time soon! I usually try to backpack when I travel because I feel you get more of an authentic experience that way and have a better opportunity to get to know the people and culture. My next destinations are Croatia and Indonesia!
