Role at Allyis

As Allyis' Recruiting Manager, I manage the company’s talent acquisition strategy and day-to-day operations. This includes recruiting, metrics development, process improvement, and partnering with other internal departments to drive our strategic efforts. As advocates for Allyis and our employment candidates, my team is dedicated to continuously raising the bar on the level of Allyis' candidate experience.

Experience & Approach

Prior to joining Allyis, I worked at Microsoft on the college recruiting team where we searched for the most talented college students worldwide. At Microsoft, I learned many of the recruiting fundamentals my team and I practice today—including, seeking out the best candidates, stepping outside your comfort zone, in-depth interviewing, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Because we put quality first and think creatively, my team provides best-in-class, sustainable, and scalable staffing solutions for our clients.
