Role at Allyis

I am part of an amazing team that works to bring a wide range of intelligent and talented individuals to both Allyis and our clients. Every day we seek out candidates who bring technical skills, quality, and verve to an assigned team, improving collaboration and enabling project success. I am often the job seekers’ first point of contact at Allyis, connecting them with the people and tools needed to better their job search and application process.

Experience & Approach

Prior to Allyis, the bulk of my experience consists of working with people. With a double major in psychology and theatre, plus a work background in sales and customer service, recruiting seemed like an interesting and almost natural career move. I appreciate that this role is all about human interaction: listening to both the clients and candidates, gaining their trust, and providing honest feedback. From this relationship I work to discover the best possible hiring solution for all involved parties.

A Favorite Project

It’s impossible for me to choose a favorite project. Every time we are able to fill a role with a perfect candidate, we not only bring success to the company, but we also provide an individual with a new opportunity and career. There is an unbeatable excitement and adrenaline rush in being able to help coach candidates through resume drafting and interviews, and then finally telling them the good news at the end of the entire process.

Fun Fact About Me

I am a Northwest native with many interests. I enjoy skiing, being outdoors, Seattle sports teams (Go Sounders!), learning about art and history, travelling and discovering new places. I am both an actor and stage combat teacher. I also happen to be both a burger and cupcake connoisseur.
