Role at Allyis

As a senior project manager my primary role includes leading projects from ideation to post-implementation, creating new processes and methodologies, acting as a liaison between the business and IT team members. I am blessed to be able to wear many hats in this role!

Experience & Approach

I have an extensive background in project management and team leadership. I have experience creating and implementing new processes and services, utilizing various technologies. I started my professional career at a Big Four accounting firm, where I quickly learned the art of being a flexible and adaptable management consultant. My experience has allowed me to see both the breadth and depth of all of my projects, which enables me to manage and deliver project and resources with high quality.

A Favorite Project

I have so many to choose from. A recent project at Allyis was where I had to take on a project that was behind schedule. Utilizing my toolkit, I took immediate steps to determine how we can prioritize and focus on our remaining tasks, which led to a defined roadmap. I developed an internal process to review and prioritize items that allowed our development team to stay focused on daily tasks, while providing momentum on the open deliverables.

Fun Fact About Me

I was born in London, England and moved to Seattle in the 1980s. I have so many things that I am interested in. I have two young boys that keep me busy and entertained. I love to travel, socialize, see movies, and have fun every week.
