Experience & Approach

I have worked at a small recruiting start-up, the world’s largest specialized staffing company, and mid-sized companies, giving me a great breadth of experience to draw on as a recruiter. My technical background started much earlier than my professional career, back when one of the first computers I worked on had an Intel 486 core. I passed the A+ certification exam as a high school senior and pursued a degree in computer science, taking classes in C++ and C#. Using this experience I try to keep all parties’ best interests in mind and take a more consultative approach to recruiting.
