I like to be involved in projects from the inception stage, analyzing the proposed client organization’s business problem. Time spent on estimating the effort, defining the scope of the project, and gathering requirements is always worth it. However, I avoid getting into “analysis paralysis” by using the Agile method, keeping a constant focus of executing tasks to accomplish set goals.
