Role at Allyis

I set company vision and direction with Richard Law, CEO and the Board of Directors. I advise in decision-making and oversee the Allyis senior operations team which is charged with managing daily operations in attainment of Allyis' strategic business plan. In tandem with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), I regularly review and update companywide budgets and sales forecasts, and adjust tactical operations when required.

Experience & Approach

Prior to coming to Allyis in 2003, I worked at Microsoft for 14 years primarily in a program management role, managing features and products within MSN and Windows. One thing I took away from the early days at Microsoft was that the best thing management can do for smart people to succeed is provide them with a clear vision, and then give them autonomy. This is the philosophy I use in managing the senior operations team at Allyis. We have a bright, passionate group of leaders who are doing great things every day for our employees and clients.
