A Favorite Project
In 2003, I was asked to develop an Employee Care Program that would recognize employee’s hard work, life events, and milestones in order to help foster our strong community-centric culture throughout our growth.
The program is still in place and while it is no longer a part of my day-to-day responsibilities, it is one of the greatest programs I have had the privilege to develop. You can’t beat a program that allows you to celebrate the birth of a baby, recognize the hard work of a successful project, or support an employee during a hardship.
