Role at Allyis

My job is to oversee all financial, banking, insurance, legal and investment relationships and to advise the Board of Directors on corporate strategy and structure. In addition, I direct all forecasting and budgeting discussions within the company. I also lead our efforts in partnering relationships as well as help define and carry out our national sales and development strategy. My responsibilities also include directly managing the information technology, finance, national business development and contract compliance teams.

Experience & Approach

I have an accounting degree from Washington State University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. As a Certified Public Accountant, I have over 15 years experience managing startups and emerging technology businesses and specialize in establishing corporate structure and performance evaluation, improving efficiencies, growing market share, and strengthening market position.
