Role at Allyis

My job at Allyis boils down to two main responsibilities: strategy and leadership. It's my job to define the overall strategy for the business and to drive change within the company to make that strategy come alive. But that can only be accomplished by leading daily. The business planning and objective-setting is critical, but our objectives are realized through people and relationships. My goal is to lead the leadership team in a way that sets the tone for the rest of the company and to be present to clients and to employees at all levels of the organization, listening to them, learning from them, developing a shared vision, and making that vision a reality together.

Experience & Approach

My first job out of college was as an Account Manager for a small Microsoft System Builder. It taught me a lot about the technology industry and the importance of customer service. I've also spent several years in academia, which helped me develop my research, analytical, and communication skills. At Allyis, I've played a lot of different roles over the past ten years, learning the business from top to bottom while managing technology implementation projects, serving clients, and leading teams. The bottom line for me that is that our business runs on client experience and employee experience, so I am passionate about achieving excellence in those areas.
